There was a point just before she shaved her head where Kevin (with
Britney's parents I'm sure) lured her out to see him under the pretext
that he was interested in a reconciliation--she took the bait but it
turned out to be an intervention to get her into rehab, which she did
for 24 hours. I find it very telling that she took this bait. It tells
me that she WANTED a reconciliation, because as soon as Kevin asked
for one (even though it was a ruse) Britney went for it.
