That's actually southern-speak. I'm from the South, and all southern
fathers call their daughters "little girl". I believe it's more a term
of endearment than Britney's dad actually THINKING she's a little
girl. It's just like when black women call their grown sons "my baby".
It's just an endearment. I wouldn't read into this one.
