Mine's also a Pink Lady as I saw another poster mention, I also like Grannies though as I like tart apples.

I take a bite out of the center, then eat all around until I've eaten all the peel off, then I eat the apple down to the core. I don't eat the core, yuck. But I eat as much as I can, then I toss the core and stem. People who eat the entire apple freak me out.
